- Collaborate with senior chefs and directors to shape the food and drink offerings.
- Maintain high standards of cooking and presentation across all services.
- Support food cost targets and build strong supplier relationships.
- Contribute to menu development, preservation techniques, and staff training.
- Ensure best practices in hygiene, health & safety, and portion control.
- Attend management meetings and contribute to business reviews.
- Work with front-of-house to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Partner with garden teams to integrate home-grown produce.
- Seek out new suppliers to enhance and evolve the food offering.
- Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Strong skills in fish prep, butchery, bread making, fermentation, and cooking with fire.
- Experience with fresh, seasonal ingredients and event catering.
- A kind, empathetic, and professional team player with leadership potential.
