Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00, (1-hour lunch break)6-month FTC (possible extension)About the roleWe’re looking for an Engineering Draftsperson to join a leading automotive and motorsport engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in preparing the CAD designs that form the backbone of their operations.You’ll be the go-to person making sure these drawings are produced, updated, and standardised to the highest level.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys CAD drafting, is detail-driven, and is happy to focus on improving and standardising drawings over the next six months.Key responsibilities
- Produce and standardise CAD drawings.
- Work through existing templates and bring them up to the required standard.
- Support the team in infrastructure planning — including camera layouts and trackside systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and survey specialists to capture and integrate data into designs.
- Help build consistency and quality across all circuit CAD documentation.
- Strong AutoCAD skills with proven experience in CAD drafting.
- Background in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related).
- Experience with Trimble equipment or Trimble Business Center software would be a bonus (not essential).
- Play a direct role in supporting the world’s most prestigious motorsport events.
