- Implement robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity.
- Manage annual budgeting and multi-year strategic financial plans aligned to business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on debt financing and acquisition deals (£150M+).
- Produce detailed financial models, sensitivity analyses, and tenant due diligence to guide investment decisions.
- Support the preparation and negotiation of commercial lease agreements and term sheets with legal and banking stakeholders.
- Deliver insightful commentary on financial performance to senior leadership, including CFO, Board, and external funders.
- Evaluate development ROI, revenue trends, and risk exposure, informing the wider business strategy.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies across projects and operations.
- Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Facilitate monthly senior management meetings, driving financial governance and business-wide updates.
- Oversaw integration of entities through mergers and acquisitions, delivering streamlined financial consolidation.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Proven background in property development, real estate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and regulatory reporting expertise.
