This role will be responsible for incoming calls, greeting visitors, receiving post, filing, scanning, making refreshments for meetings and franking outgoing post. Someone from a Reception or Secretary background would be ideal, but also an Office Administrator or office based Customer Service Representative.The PersonThe successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be personable, well presented and be good at basic administrative tasks.
