- Organise and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Support the planning and execution of business events and meetings.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive's office.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and task completion.
- Proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
- A proven track record in a similar role within the business services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
