- Facilitate Agile stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and sprint-planning sessions with the project team and stakeholders, acting in a scrum master capacity.
- Utilize working knowledge of Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking, alongside ServiceNow for incident, problem, and support management to ensure seamless coordination across development and operational teams.
- Apply best practice project management standards and processes to ensure a methodical and consistent approach to data projects, working in partnership with other departments such IT Delivery and engagement functions.
- Develop project resource allocation plans, providing accurate forecasting of resource requirements, utilising centralised processes to ensure all project work has been forecasted accurately and aligns with business prioritisation.
- Deliver project reporting to stakeholders for key project metrics including burndown, progress, RAID, finance, scope and quality. Provide regular updates to stakeholders in a variety of ways to keep the wider teams up to date with the latest data projects.
- A history of delivering data, BI and app development projects in Agile environments.
- Good enterprise delivery experience working with different project methodologies including Prince 2.
- Experience of working with in-house development teams and outsource providers.
- Proven experience delivering multiple projects with interdependencies, ideally in global organisations.
- Agile PM, Prince 2 or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience delivering and working with Microsoft technologies. (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Databricks and Azure)
