Work set up: In-OfficeOur client in the global professional services industry is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Campus Recruiter to lead efforts in attracting and engaging top university talent. This role will be responsible for planning and executing targeted recruitment strategies, managing campus relationships, and driving end-to-end internship and graduate hiring programs.What you will do:
  • Design and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier students and graduates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key educational institutions and student organizations.
  • Lead on-campus and virtual events to enhance brand presence and candidate engagement.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
  • Analyze campus recruitment data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Manage internship and graduate programs, ensuring alignment with talent goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and contribute to broader recruitment initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in recruitment process design, candidate interviewing, and program development.
  • Provide guidance to team members and support decision-making across multiple teams.
Qualifications
  • Expert proficiency in recruitment process design and candidate interviewing.
  • Advanced proficiency in recruiting systems, branding, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment programs.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide strategic insights.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in a team environment.
