Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students on Mechanical Engineering programmes mainly Levels 1, 2 and 3.Excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and passion for teaching with the ability to motivate and inspire students is essential.Applicants welcome from recent graduates, experienced teachers with a background in Mechanical Engineering and time served Engineers looking for a career in teaching. Support will be available to undertake a teaching qualification.The successful candidate must:
  • Relevant experience of industry
  • Experience of Manual Turning, Milling & Bench Fitting
  • Minimum of level 3 in Engineering
  • Relevant teaching qualification or willing to achieve within a set period from appointment
  • GCSE English & Math (A-C)
