- Assist in the day-to-day management of the property
- Liaise with contractors and oversee on-site activities
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory legislation
- Contribute to audit preparation and documentation
- Maintain high standards of facilities management across all sites
- Provide guidance to Surveyors where appropriate
- Use computer applications such as Word, Excel, and database systems proficiently
- Customer Service Excellence - Confident and professional when dealing with tenants, contractors, and visitors.
- Strong Communication - Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisation & Time Management - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
