- Recent experience of staff management
- Prep for Mentorship course or equivalent
- BSc (or equivalent), or working towards
- Passion for Maternity Bereavement Care
- Knowledge of National Bereavement Care Pathway
- Knowledge of PMRT/governance processes
- Ability to work as part of a multi disciplinary team
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the Department and Directorate/Trust/Organisations
- The ability to communicate with patients in an empathetic manner regarding their treatment and procedures.
- Can demonstrate an enthusiastic, approachable and friendly manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral. Effective presentation skills
- Ability to teach and share knowledge effectively
- Understanding of own Knowledge and Skills Framework and ability to identify learning needs and interests
- Ability to self-reflect and identify areas for professional growthres
- Ability to take an active role in agreed learning activities and keeps a record of them
- Demonstrates a greater understanding of learning needs and evidence of facilitation skills
