Retail Sales Associate – London£28k - £31kWe are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our client’s wonderful team in their flagship store located in the heart of Piccadilly. Renowned for their timeless tailoring and impeccable craftsmanship, this role will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele. Working closely with a small, committed team to ensure a welcoming and knowledgeable customer experience, maintaining the highest standards in-store.The Role:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge of all collections.
  • Support stock management, visual merchandising, and general store upkeep.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the till system.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the store environment.
  • Ensure to process all transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting client relationships and provide aftercare.
  • Remain informed about brand updates and industry trends.
  • Manage customer inquiries and returns professionally and efficiently.
About You:
  • A well-presented sales professional with experience in premium or luxury retail.
  • A passion for menswear, womenswear, heritage brands and building client relationships.
  • Strong communicator with a warm and approachable communication style.
  • An initiative-taking and collaborative professional, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Confident with assisting customer repairs, alterations, and complaints.
