  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE or Bachelor of Education.
  • Be an ECT or have previous experience teaching in the EYFS.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development milestones.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a safe, stimulating environment.
  • Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability to their teaching practice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and show a proactive approach to professional development.
