Our client is a highly respected main contractor delivering projects across London in high-end residential, commercial refurbishment, fit-out, and regeneration. Their portfolio ranges from multi-million-pound luxury homes in Mayfair and Chelsea, to commercial offices, retail, schools, and regeneration work with local authorities.

The immediate requirement is to take full ownership of a £3m warehouse-to-office regeneration project in Stratford, part of the wider local authority regeneration programme. This scheme runs for 12 months from mid-October and will deliver modern commercial office spaces for small businesses and start-ups. The role involves new build and complex refurbishment, with carpentry at the heart of the works.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Stratford regeneration project end-to-end, from pre-start through to completion.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and carpentry packages to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local authority.
- Take ownership of programme, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Anticipate challenges and put in place proactive solutions.
- A trade background, ideally carpentry, with proven Project Management experience.
- Track record of delivering both refurbishment/regeneration and new build projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial office projects and high-end residential schemes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Financial and programme management skills with a focus on risk control.
- A flexible, adaptable Project Manager keen to work across a diverse portfolio.
