Tenant Liaison Advisor – 12 months Secondment Opportunity/12 months Fixed Term ContractBased: Home-based, with regular travel to sites across the East Midlands, and regular attendance at our head office in Coalville LeicestershireHours: 35 hours per week, working Monday to FridaySalary: £27,213 - £30,237 annum (RFJ 5)The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for Tenant Liaison Advisor to join our Planned Works team for a 12- months Secondment/Fixed Term Contract.As a Tenant Liaison Advisor, you will be responsible for liaising with our customers to assist the onsite delivery of emh homes Kitchen and Bathroom Planned Works Programme. You will act as a liaison between our customers, contractors, and emh colleagues, answering any questions and addressing any concerns that the customer may have.The ideal candidateYou will be customer-focused, a good communicator, and have excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to build rapport with customers and contractors, ensuring their engagement and create a positive relationship that minimises operational issues and complaints. You will have experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, also experience of producing quality compliance and statistical information.As a Tenant Liaison Advisor, you will regularly be traveling to sites across the East Midlands, and will need to regularly attend our head office, so the ability to travel is essential.
