– Conduct thorough assessments and directly interact with children to understand their views and wishes.
– Represent children’s interests to the court through detailed written reports.
– Provide evidence and advocate for arrangements that truly benefit the child’s welfare.
– Employ robust risk assessment and mediation skills to guide families through challenging times.Being a Family Court Adviser takes resilience, organisation, and deep-seated experience in social work with children and families.
