Whether you're an experienced teacher or transitioning from industry, we'll support your growth in an inclusive, dynamic environment.About the RoleYou'll teach across a range of vocational programmes, including City & Guilds and IMI courses. This includes lesson planning, student assessment, and supporting learners' progression into employment or further education. Experience in hybrid/electric vehicle technology is desirable.Person Specification - What We're Looking For
  • Essential:
  • Level 3 qualification or higher in Motor Vehicle
  • Maths & English at Level 2 (or willingness to achieve)
  • Willingness to gain a recognised teaching qualification (if not already held)
  • Industry experience and ability to engage 16-19-year-old vocational learners
  • Good communication, organisation, and IT skills
  • Desirable:
  • Teaching/training experience
  • Assessor qualification (or willingness to gain one)
  • Experience with hybrid/electric vehicles
  • Knowledge of Further Education frameworks (e.g. City & Guilds)
