*Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to meet housing-specific needs such as case management, repairs, tenancy and customer services.
*Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams.
*Support data migration, system integration, and testing to ensure successful project delivery.
*Deliver engaging training sessions and develop user guides to support system adoption.
*Work alongside project managers, developers, and support staff across the full project lifecycle.
*Contribute to solution design documentation, best practice guidance, and system governance frameworks.
*Provide post-implementation support and help drive continuous system improvements.
*Stay informed on D365 CE developments and trends within the social housing sector.Skills & Experience*Proven experience as a Functional Consultant delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.
*Experience working within housing, public sector, or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
*Strong knowledge of CE modules, with practical experience in system configuration and customisation.
*Confident in leading workshops, gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
*Skilled in creating functional design documents and working with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
*Familiarity with the Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
*Experience with housing management systems or direct work within housing associations is a significant plus.
*Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Benefits*Up to £60,000 salary, depending on experience
