Cornwall Council's Dynamics team is seeking a proactive developer to help us build secure, scalable, and high-quality digital services that support our communities.About the Role
As a .NET Developer in our Agile delivery environment, you'll work closely with testers, product owners, and delivery managers to develop and maintain Dynamics-based solutions. You'll play a key role in integrating DevSecOps practices, ensuring security is embedded throughout our development lifecycle.This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.This position will be subject to a basic criminal record disclosure check.Working Pattern:Flexible and remote working options available.What you'll need to succeed:
  • Strong experience in .NET development and C#.
  • Proficient in TypeScript and web design best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Proven skills in DevSecOps, including secure coding, automated security testing
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Functions and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
