Salary: £110 - £140 per dayAn inclusive and thriving primary school in central Uxbridge is seeking a talented and enthusiastic HLTA to join its dedicated team. This dynamic setting champions pupil progress across all phases and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.The Headteacher welcomes applications from HLTAs seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible ad-hoc opportunities. Availability at short notice is especially valued.The RoleAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting learning and development across the school. Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher's absence
  • Leading targeted intervention groups to boost attainment
  • Supporting pupils with SEND
  • Assisting in the creation of engaging resources and classroom displays
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
