- Minimum 3 years' experience in a social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand role, ideally within fashion, sport, or youth culture sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing social channels-particularly Instagram and TikTok-with a strong grasp of platform trends and native content.
- Experience running or supporting a product seeding or gifting program, with clear results in reach, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Strong influencer management skills, including sourcing, briefing, and relationship handling across international markets.
- Data-driven mindset with confidence in using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, GA4, or equivalent).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and creators simultaneously.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Italian, German or French is highly desirable.
- Experience in an international or multi-market business environment preferred.
- A passion for football, fan culture, or streetwear is a strong plus.
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience working in an international environment and/or an additional language is an asset.
