
International Media Director

- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent required
- Significant work experience in media/communications strategy and planning for consumer brands across markets (Europe, Asia, LATAM) with prior international work experience in those markets
- Deep understanding of global media landscapes, with expertise in tailoring strategies to different cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics
- Direct experience working with and leading media/industry partners and/or ad tech vendors
- Direct experience working with and leading agency teams
- Proficiency with ad tech platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
- Experience managing media budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing spend
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Strategy, communication, negotiation and influencing skills are keys for success
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong understanding of the CPG industry and consumer behavior
