This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, growing financial services company in Torquay, where you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and developing your expertise.Responsibilities
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters using integrated financial planning software.
- Researching and analysing financial products across pensions, investments, and wider markets.
- Performing cash flow modelling and technical calculations.
- Ensuring all documentation and processes remain fully compliant with FCA regulations.
- Supporting advisers with product due diligence and strategy development.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or Certificate in Paraplanning (or working towards this within 12 months).
- At least 2 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Excellent communication skills – able to make complex topics clear and engaging.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Salary up to £45,000 DOE/qualifications
- 35-hour working week
