- Identify, map and prioritise key customers and groups
- Drive a successful launch of new products within the Private Sector and NHS
- Establish rapport and gain regular access to identified target customers, effectively communicating the benefits of the UK offering
- Making effective, impactful presentations of our products and services
- Demonstrate excellent therapeutic and product knowledge and demonstrate an ability to assimilate and use clinical data effectively to differentiate and promote products
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide solutions to customer problems by creative use of their UK knowledge, contacts and resources
- Be able to demonstrate strong Key Account Management skills, developed from a similar role in the UK Pharmaceutical or MedTech industries
- Evidence of ability to develop strong relationships with key personnel in customer unit
- Evidence of creativity in penetrating key accounts and establishing contact with decision makers
- At ease using scientific, practical and commercial arguments in promoting products and services
- Science or life-science graduate preferable
- ABPI/ABHI qualified preferable
