Looking for a mid to senior level Solicitor to specialise in Construction Disputes for global engineering business as In-house Contentious Construction Solicitor.Position offers good package and opportunities.You'll be expected to:
  • advise on corporate governance
  • advise the company on contentious matters and provide commercial and legal solutions
  • support the business with defending claims and disputes
  • liaise with insurers to manage claims and disputes
