We're supporting a dynamic and highly regarded law firm in their search for a property lawyer to join their expanding team. Known for delivering trusted advice across all levels of the market, the team handles everything from straightforward purchases to complex, high-value property transactions for a diverse client base, including seasoned investors and first-time buyers alike.Position Overview
You will be handling quality work for a diverse client base, working across a mix of residential property matters, from standard transactions to complex leasehold work, with opportunities to get involved in business development and support junior team members.Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of residential property transactions
  • Draft legal documents with precision
  • Deliver excellent client care and maintain compliance standards
  • Support team objectives and business development
  • Handle billing and case progression using the firm's systems
  • Attend other offices or client meetings as needed
Requirements
  • Ideally 3+ years' PQE in residential property law
  • Able to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Client-focused, proactive and commercially aware
  • Confident in business development and relationship building
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with case management systems
