- Take ownership of day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Oracle-based business applications
- Be the primary point of contact for application-related incidents, requests, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, proactively monitoring application performance and stability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, end-users, and external vendors to deliver enhancements, manage upgrades, and implement best practices
- Manage integrations and reporting using the Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility
- Maintain accurate documentation, including application configurations, support processes, and user guides
- Contribute to application lifecycle planning, helping the business assess needs, plan migrations, and evaluate future solutions
