Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day learning and development of pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that allows pupils to thrive.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to boost confidence and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
  • Passionate, empathetic individuals with a desire to work with children with SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Prior experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not essential.
