- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally working for a main contractor or a specialist subcontractor.
- Experience of standard forms of contracts
- An understanding of construction contracts and claims processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in running projects independently.
- Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to adapt to and learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a degree in Cost Management or similar is preferred.
