Salary: £29,411Contract Type: 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)Location: Aldridge, WalsallHours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to FridayStart Date: October 2025We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance & HR Coordinator to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role offers a varied mix of compliance and people-focused responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in compliance who is looking to broaden their skills into HR.You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as supporting essential HR processes, facilities management, and administration. Full handover and training will be provided, so while prior HR experience is beneficial, it is not essential - if you have the compliance expertise, you'll quickly pick up the HR side of the role.Excellent Benefits

- Support the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System and relevant ISO standards.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee compliance with GDPR regulations and data protection policies.
- Provide day-to-day support with HR administration including employee records, policy updates, and recruitment coordination.
- Support facilities management and assist with organising company events.
- Minute meetings, manage diaries, and provide administrative support to Directors.
- Build strong working relationships across all departments to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and professionalism.
- Proven experience in a compliance-focused role, ideally with knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
- Previous HR experience is a bonus but not essential - training will be provided.
