- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse controlling, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate workforce.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (CRM) and other inventory software.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A valid forklift license would be desirable but not essential.

- Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

- Manage day-to-day functions of the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices for safety, performance, and productivity.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure inventory is tracked and maintained accurately, performing regular stock checks and audits.
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Handle the scheduling of shipments, deliveries, and returns, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.
- Manage warehouse equipment and resources, ensuring they are maintained in good working order.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operating processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse, reporting on progress and suggesting improvements.
