🔑 What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and coordinate high-quality delivery of English and Maths
  • Manage and support a team of lecturers and support staff
  • Ensure excellent teaching, assessment, and student achievement
  • Track learner progress and oversee verification and compliance
  • Contribute to curriculum design and innovation
  • Promote high expectations, positive behaviour, and learner morale
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to raise standards
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant degree and a Level 5 teaching qualification
  • Strong FE/secondary teaching experience with proven learner outcomes
  • Leadership ability or the desire to step into a career-propelling role
  • Passion for education and commitment to inclusive, high-impact teaching
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and mentoring skills
