This is advocacy, belief, and being a lifeline when someone has none.👀 Who We're Looking For:You don't need a degree - you need heart, grit, and the will to show up for those who need it most.✅ Experience supporting vulnerable adults (lived or professional - we value both)
✅ A calm head under pressure
✅ Natural communicator & strong team player
✅ Good knowledge of safeguarding and housing support (or willingness to learn)
