An independent building consultancy with a growing national footprint is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in the Warrington area. This is a rare opportunity to work with a highly respected leadership team known for providing clear advice to commercial investors, occupiers, developers, and funders.The business operates exclusively in the commercial property sector - with particular strength in industrial, retail, offices, science parks, and shopping centres. They are flexible on seniority and open to candidates at Senior Surveyor, Associate or Director level, depending on experience and ambition.With a growing project pipeline and a portfolio of high-calibre clients, they're looking for someone local who can hit the ground running and play a pivotal role in driving continued success.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on dilapidations instructions (landlord and tenant side)
  • Deliver technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys
  • Manage CAT A/B refurbishments, fit-out and reconfiguration projects
  • Provide commercially astute advice across a variety of asset types
  • Maintain and grow key client relationships
  • Support wider business development, particularly at Senior/Director level
Ideal Candidate
  • MRICS Chartered (essential)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex dilaps work in a commercial context
  • Confident managing projects and working independently
  • Strong commercial awareness and a client-first approach
  • Based in or very near Warrington or Manchester - local knowledge is key
  • Ambitious, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a flat, non-corporate structure
