- Deliver engaging, high-quality maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Stretch learners across all abilities and build confidence in core skills
- Contribute to a no-excuses culture with high expectations for all
- Support curriculum development and department goals
- (If applicable) Take on a leadership role with a TLR2C, depending on experience
- Is a confident classroom practitioner with a good understanding of how students learn
- Has strong, current subject knowledge in maths
- Brings creativity, energy, and clarity to their teaching
- Is committed to improving outcomes and working collaboratively
