Ref: 21954Control Systems Engineer – The Role:Diverse role working on special purpose machinery, in a fast-paced environmentWork closely with a team of technical experts on projectsFollowing a project’s full lifecycle from cradle to graveControl Systems Engineer – The Person:Educated to a degree level in a relevant engineering disciplineExperience of process involvement, lean & six sigma as well as background of programming PLC’s (Siemens, Rockwell, B&R, Beckhoff, Bosch or Lenze) and HMI systemsExperience of working with variable speed & servo drives is essentialMethodical & accurate with excellent communication & problem-solving skillsApprox. 5 years automation experience writing control software, performing design & commissioning activities for PLC’s & servo control systemsDemonstrate the ability to work with HMI software, safety systems, inverters, pneumatics, communication networks & produce & read supporting technical & electrical documentation using EPlan or similarThe role is commutable from within and around the following locations: York, Hull and Scarborough with support available if relocation to Yorkshire would be of interest to you.Role would also suit an Automation Engineer, Control Engineer or a Systems Design Engineer.For further information call Sharon HillAE1
