- Experience with Workday manager, employee self service and case management tools is essential.
- Understanding strategic objectives and collaborating with CoE's and SPBP/PBP to define & implement solutions to meet the objectives.
- Build strong relationships stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Coordinating and managing projects to address people challenges or build capability.
- Supporting and delivering change initiatives (including M&A) within the organization, managing change effectively and ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
- Coaching & supporting the development of line managers to become people leaders
- Supporting first time appointed managers.
- Supporting with Returns to Work.
- Leveraging People metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Using insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Undertaking complex employee relations & case management activities as needed.
- Proactively encouraging the use of self-service tools and portal by all employees and managers.
- Resolving escalated manager and employees' queries in an effectively and timely manner.
- Collaborating to deliver effective people solutions, programs & initiatives, providing specifically:
- Support with recognition schemes & compensation.
- Input and review of local hiring plans.
- Supporting with Immigration including Visa's.
- Degree in related discipline or CIPD is highly desirable.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a Human Resources Specialist or Generalist role.
- Experience in supporting the UK visa process is desirable.
- Computer literate, proficient in Word, Microsoft Outlook and Excel with experience of tools that ensure that enable digital transformation of the function.
- Committed to personal learning and self-improvement, including continuous professional development.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organisation.
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects by being flexible, organised and able to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high activity environment, on a wide variety of matters and able to handle the requirement to quickly shift from one situation or task to another.
- Solution focused problem solver who is commercially astute and pragmatic.
