- Act as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, logging and processing requests accurately
- Identify appropriate solutions and escalate issues when required
- Maintain and update facilities management systems (e.g. Maximo) and related records
- Provide professional, customer-focused helpdesk support and general administration
- Support the account delivery team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and client contracts
- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role
- Strong call handling background with a professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals
- Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling skills
