
Sales Manager – Electronic Security Solutions

- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, events, referrals, and digital channels
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and proposals through to contract handover
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across maintenance, monitoring, and installation revenues
- Build a strong sales pipeline from both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities
- Network with consultants, architects, end-users, and technology partners to uncover opportunities
- Support cross-selling initiatives across complementary service lines
- Collaborate with bid teams to prepare proposals and tender submissions
- Deliver smooth handovers to operations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum 3+ years' experience selling electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms) into medium, large, or national accounts
- Strong technical knowledge of security solutions and ability to advise clients effectively
- Proven record of new business generation and account retention
- Confident in both self-generation and handling inbound leads
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Formal sales training and knowledge of structured sales methodologies - desirable
- Experience with maintenance and monitoring contract takeovers - desirable
- Multi-channel sales experience - desirable
- Degree or higher education in a commercial or technical discipline - desirable
