Your Role:You'll support the class teacher in the daily running of the classroom with a focus on small group learning and key child observations. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills, contribute new ideas, and make a difference in the early stages of a child's education.We're looking for someone who:
  • Holds an NVQ Level 3 or a BA in Early Years
  • Has GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C / 9-4)*
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Is confident, approachable, and enthusiastic
  • Has experience with child observations and assessments
  • Can hit the ground running and bring creativity to the role
