In this pivotal role, you will enhance guest experiences through attentive service, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.You will be central to the smooth delivery of our hospitality services, while helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.The Role
  • Assist with the daily operations of hospitality services, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide personalised, attentive support
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across departments
  • Monitor and manage inventory and supplies, keeping all areas well-stocked and organised
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and share feedback to continuously improve service quality
About You
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver fantastic customer service with a professional, welcoming, and approachable manner
  • Interpersonal Skills: A social personality with the confidence to engage effectively with a wide range of people
  • Teamwork & Independence: Comfortable working as part of a team, while also able to take initiative and work independently when required
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using relevant systems such as MS Office and email platforms
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with both guests and colleagues
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinker with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns and operational challenges
