The team you'll be working with:As a Business Value Analyst, you will bring data to life by quantifying the business impact of AI-native BPS solutions. Your work will drive strategic conversations with clients and demonstrate measurable value through analytics, dashboards, and ROI modelling..What you'll be doing:
  • Define and track metrics such as automation rates, turnaround time (TAT), and cost impact
  • Develop data-driven business cases and transformation value models
  • Create compelling executive narratives using dashboards and insights
  • Partner with delivery and engineering teams to validate AI outputs against KPIs
  • Translate operational data into strategic decisions and renewal drivers
What experience you'll bring:
  • 5–8 years in value analysis, strategy, or digital transformation roles
  • Expertise in Excel, SQL, and tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in AI or platform-led change programmes preferred
