- Overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to the required standards and within budget.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, supply chain and production operations to deliver the project for the customer.
- Being involved in the contract reviews, quoting and update meetings with all relevant stakeholders, holding both internal and external bodies to account.
- Identifying project risks and opportunities across the contract lifecycle, mitigating these as quickly as possible, and maintaining the relevant risk registers, issue logs and action plans.
- Ensuring project status and performance is visible throughout the business, keeping all departments updated of any changes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to lead and engage across cross- functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability at managing the project lifecycle from conception to completion, delivering on time, within budgets and to the desired standards.
- Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and work alongside customers from the UK, EU, USA and beyond.
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skillset at a high level.
- A continuous improvement mindset, acting as an agent for change and bringing forward ideas to challenge the status quo.
- £50-60k, depending on experience.
