Staff are required to be part of rota comprised of late shifts and early shifts Rota includes alternate weekend work. Full shifts at weekends.Support is provided 24/7 & focused on enabling each individual to maximise their independence, choice & control. The support provide comprises of assisting tenants with all aspects of daily living; household management i.e. cleaning tasks; weekly food shopping; preparation of meals; managing finances/budgeting & understanding the requirements of maintaining a tenancy agreement; accessing community services including adult learning; day care & job/career opportunities.In addition, care is provided to tenants in accordance with assessed needs, reflected within individual tenants care & support plans which may include assistance with personal care, health & wellbeing: administration of medication; accessing community services i.e. GP; Hospital appointments etc.Experience of working within the Care sector is desirable, however if you have the necessary qualities required of this role, have a caring, friendly and positive approach we would welcome your application.
