- Proactively manage the renewal of compliance certificates
- Auditing - making sure all properties have the correct paperwork
- Maintain accurate records - organisation is key
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections - building relationships is important!
- Provide compliance guidance and support to the lettings and maintenance teams
- Assist with onboarding new managed properties to ensure we've got everything we need
- Previous experience in lettings, compliance or property management needed
- Strong communication & people skills
- A proactive, go-getter attitude - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Solid IT skills & attention to detail
- A well-presented and professional approach
- Punctuality & great organisational skills
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
