- Be involved in the full lifecycle of international qualitative project (from small to large multi-country)
- Organize kick-off meetings and draft research documents (screeners, guides, briefing materials)
- Oversee fieldwork, recruitment, pilot interviews, chance to moderate some interviews
- Ensure smooth project delivery and serve as the main point of contact for the client
- Analyze interviews, validate analysis frameworks, brief and manage external writers
- Produce clear, structured, strategic insight-driven and client ready Powerpoint reports
- Lead client relationships: guide, advise, and communicate proactively
- Train junior researchers, share best practices, and contribute to improving internal tools
- Be part of a close knit qualitive team based in UK and France
- Adhere to AplusA’s pharmacovigilance processes
- Relevant recent experience of role/s in Qualitative market research ideally within healthcare., e.g. SRE level or PM for a number of years
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with strong prioritization and strategic oversight
- Mastery of qualitative research practices, and interview and analysis techniques
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Strong analytical skills & strategic synthesis of often large amounts of information
