We're seeking 7 Mechanical Technicians to join our Aerospace client in Fareham on a long-term PAYE contract basis. These contracts are initially offered until June 2026, with likely extensions.

- Precise fitting of aerospace components using a range of techniques.
- Conduct thorough testing of aerospace products to meet specifications.
- Deliver high-quality work efficiently within cost parameters.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Exhibit a cooperative, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently after training.
- Previous assembly experience.
- Ability to read and follow detailed engineering drawings.
- Excellent hand dexterity for precision work.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior fuel testing experience.
- Experience in aerospace assembly.
- 33 days of paid annual leave (or include holiday pay in your hourly rate - your choice!)
- PAYE Contract Rates:
- Core Days: £17.52 rising to £18.05 (including holiday pay: £20.07-£20.68)
- Overtime: x1.5, Sundays: x2
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
