You'll have the ability to carry out more complex tasks such as clutches and timing belt replacements and diagnostics in areas such as vehicle electrics, brake steering and suspension systems.The Job: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Level 3 or Time Served
  • Carrying out interim, full, and major services on all types of cars
  • Follow-up repair and replacement work.
  • Responsibilities include working on tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, suspension, and more
  • Inspect vehicle components including brakes, lights, steering, and tyres for functionality and safety.
  • Confident use of hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate findings clearly to customers, providing explanations of any issues discovered during testing.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment
  • Team player willing to assist in other workshop duties as and when required.
  • You will work 5 days a week across Monday to Saturday and be given 2 days off a week on a rota basis.
Job Experience: Mechanic / Vehicle Technician - Level 3
  • Must have a Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent OR time served experience
  • Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
  • Experienced Technician/Mechanic able to carry out diagnostic work (brakes, steering/suspension, engine) and more complex repair and replacements (coolant/diesel injectors, head gasket, brakes, electrical
