As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team and take the reins of this legendary establishment.The Role:As the General Manager of Jugged Hare, you will be the heart and soul of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional, and every operational detail runs smoothly. You will lead a dedicated team to provide impeccable service, high-quality food, and a memorable atmosphere. From managing day-to-day operations to developing strategies for growth and enhancing guest satisfaction, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation as one of London's top dining destinations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth, efficient service at all times.Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.Implement and maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and health and safety regulations.Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that the restaurant is operating efficiently and profitably.Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and improve customer loyalty.Create and deliver training programs to ensure your team consistently provides outstanding service.Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen team to curate and refine the menu, reflecting seasonal changes and maintaining our standard of excellence.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and local businesses to enhance the restaurant's offerings.What We're Looking For:Proven Experience: You have significant experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, ideally within high-end or fine-dining establishments.Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader with a passion for developing and motivating your team.Financial Acumen: You have a solid understanding of restaurant financials and can manage budgets effectively.Guest-Centered Approach: You always put the guest experience first, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.Problem-Solving Ability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve challenges efficiently.Passion for Food & Drink: You have a deep appreciation for modern British cuisine and a strong understanding of food and beverage trends.A Hands-On Approach: You're not afraid to get stuck in with the team and lead by example.Why Join Us?
