Overview of roleLocation: PooleWe are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products.This is a permanent and full-time position based, working 39hours per week, Monday - Friday (including paid breaks). This role includes a singing bonus of up £500.00 following completion of your 6-month probation.We operate a 3 week shift rotation, your team and line manager rotate shifts at the same time:Week 1 - 06:00 - 14:00Week 2 - 14:00 - 22:00Week 3 - 22:00 - 06:00Starting salary for this role is £12.72 per hour, however this increases once you complete different training levels and can earn up to £13.93 per hour.We are running an assessment day at our Poole site on Thursday 31st July at 10am.Key Accountabilities

To operate machinery to agreed parameters
To work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
To demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met.
Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP), legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards e.g. BRC,IFS,Femas.
Ensure that all downtime, weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately.
Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults.
