We’re surrounded by beautiful parkland and are within walking distance of Inverness city centre.We are amongst the highest rated providers of care and supported living services in the UK, with 87% of our services rated ‘good’ or ‘very good’ by regulators.Your Role: Make a Difference Every Day!As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
  • Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • A creative and flexible approach to working with customers and their families.
  • Personal care experience is a plus, but not essential—your compassion and dedication are what truly matter!
  • Team players who thrive under pressure and are ready to join a supportive environment.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota as needed.
